The invention discloses a flame-retardant metal shutter and a manufacturing method of blades thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of shutters. The flame-retardant metal shutter comprises a frame plate and metal shutter blades, wherein the plurality of metal shutter blades and the frame plate form the shutter; each metal shutter blade consists of a flame-retardant connecting plate, a front blade and a rear blade; the front blade and the rear blade are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the flame-retardant connecting plate; one end of the front blade and one end of the rear blade are connected with the flame-retardant connecting plate; and the other end of the front blade and the other end of the rear blade are not in contact with the flame-retardant connecting plate.According to the flame-retardant metal shutter and the manufacturing method of the blades thereof, the metal shutter consists of the flame-retardant connecting plate, the front blade and the rear blade, and the flame-retardant connecting plate, the front blade and the rear blade are not in contact with one another under the condition of fire or fire disaster, so that the fire disaster is effectively prevented from being conducted and spread among the flame-retardant connecting plate, the front blade and the rear blade; and in addition, under the driving action of driving equipment and the transmission action of a transmission rod, a fire extinguishing substance flows out through a flame-retardant cavity to carry out fire extinguishing and flame retarding work on the metal shutter, so thatthe conduction and spreading of the fire are further prevented.
