The invention discloses a flue gas treatment and waste heat recovery device for a double-hearth kiln. The device comprises a lime kiln and a cooling box, a first gas outlet pipe is fixedly connected to the left side of the top of the lime kiln, one end of the first gas outlet pipe penetrates through the cooling box and extends into the cooling box, a concentric-square-shaped pipe is arranged in the cooling box, one end of the concentric-square-shaped pipe is fixedly connected with one end of the first gas outlet pipe, the other end of the concentric-square-shaped pipe is fixedly connected witha second gas outlet pipe, and one end of the second gas outlet pipe penetrates through the cooling box and extends out of the cooling box. The first gas outlet pipe is introduced into the cooling box, smoke exchanges heat into water in the cooling box through the concentric-square-shaped pipe and then is discharged through a filtering assembly, the heat is exchanged and then reused, heat waste isavoided, and meanwhile the situation that the smoke with heat is directly discharged into the external environment and pollutes the environment is avoided.
