The invention discloses a solar pavement structure unit, a manufacturing method and a solar pavement power generation system. The solar pavement structure unit comprises a bearing layer, and a solar module layer, a light-transmitting buffer layer and a light-transmitting pavement layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; at least one groove is formed in one face of the bearing layer, the solar assembly layer is located in the groove, and the light receiving face of the solar assembly layer faces upwards. According to the solar pavement structure unit, the grooves are formed inthe bearing layer, the solar module layers are directly mounted in the grooves, and when the solar module layers are subjected to the action of horizontal shearing force on the pavement, the solar module layers cannot move due to the fact that the solar module layers are limited by the four side walls of the grooves, and the solar module layers can be effectively protected; and meanwhile, the light-transmitting buffer layer is arranged on the solar assembly layer, so that the impact resistance of the solar pavement structure unit is improved, and the damage of pavement load to the solar assembly layer can be effectively prevented.
本发明公开了一种太阳能路面结构单元、制作方法及太阳能路面发电系统,太阳能路面结构单元包括:承重层,以及,从下到上依次设置的太阳能组件层、透光缓冲层和透光路面层;承重层的一面开设有至少一个凹槽,太阳能组件层位于凹槽中,且太阳能组件层的受光面向上。本发明的太阳能路面结构单元,承重层中设置有凹槽,太阳能组件层直接安装于凹槽中,当太阳能组件层受到路面上水平剪切力的作用时,由于太阳能组件层受到凹槽四个侧壁的限制,太阳能组件层不会发生移动,可有效保护太阳能组件层;同时,太阳能组件层上设置有透光缓冲层,提高了太阳能路面结构单元的抗冲击性能,可有效防止路面载荷对太阳能组件层造成损坏。
