The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a light building curtain wallboard and belongs to manufacturing methods of light building curtain wallboards. The manufacturing method comprises thefollowing steps of S1, a step of mixing and stirring PLHC light raw material slurry; S2, a step of injecting the PLHC light raw material slurry into the whole regulated die, and carrying out drying and plasticizing in a regulated condition with the die and reaction at a relatively high temperature to form the die; S3, a demolding step; and S4, carrying out drying treatment and brushing an organicsilicon waterproof agent to the outer surface of a product.
本发明涉及一种轻质建筑幕墙板的制造方法，属于一种轻质建筑幕墙板的制造方法，包括以下步骤：S1：PLHC轻质原料浆液混合搅拌步骤；S2：将PLHC轻质原料浆液注满整个规定模具内，之后带模具一起在规定条件下先干燥塑型、再较高温度下反应，使之成型的步骤；S3：脱模步骤；S4：经干燥处理，再在制品的外表面涂刷有机硅类防水剂。
