The invention discloses a prefabricated composite board with industrial waste residue expanded material as a core material and a preparation method of the prefabricated composite board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cutting the industrial waste residue expanded material into a cuboid core material with corresponding size; manufacturing a steel wire mesh frame around the core material, and enabling the distance between each surface of the core material and the opposite net frame to be 1-1.5 cm; placing the core material with the steel wire mesh frame in a mold, and enabling the distance between each surface of the steel wire mesh frame and the inner wall of the mold to be 1-2 cm; and pouring mortar into the mold, and performing solidifying and forming to obtain the prefabricated composite board. According to the preparation method, industrial waste residues can be prepared into the prefabricated composite board, resource utilization of the industrial waste residues is achieved, the manufacturing cost of the prefabricated composite board is reduced; and meanwhile, the prefabricated composite board prepared by the preparation method has higher mechanical strength.
本发明公开了一种工业废渣膨化材料作为芯材的装配式复合板材及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:将工业废渣膨化材料切割成相应尺寸的长方体芯材;在芯材四周制作钢丝网架,并且芯材各面与相对网架的距离为1~1.5cm;将带有钢丝网架的芯材置于模具中,并且钢丝网架各面与模具内壁的距离为1~2cm;将砂浆浇筑到模具中、凝固成型,得到所述装配式复合板材;本发明制备方法能够将工业废渣制备成装配式复合板材,实现工业废渣的资源利用,同时降低了装配式复合板材的制作成本,同时该制备方法制备得到的装配式复合板材具有较高的机械强度。
