The invention discloses an inclined ladder foot fixing and damping device for a ship. A top of an inclined ladder is connected to a ship body structure with a first vibration frequency. The damping device comprises a structure end connecting plate, an inclined ladder end connecting plate and a damping block, wherein the structure end connecting plate is fixed to the ship body structure with a second vibration frequency; the inclined ladder end connecting plate is fixed at the bottom of am inclined ladder; the damping block is arranged between the structure end connecting plate and the inclinedladder end connecting plate; and when the ship body structures do not vibrate, the inclined ladder end connecting plate is supported by the damping block. The device has the beneficial effect that damage to ladder feet of the inclined ladder due to different vibration frequencies is avoided.
