The invention provides low-grout concrete. Each cubic meter of the low-grout concrete comprises: 321 kg to 336 kg of cement, 60.8 kg to 63.6 kg of coal ash, 52.1 kg to 54.5 kg of slag powder, 725 kg to 735 kg of fine aggregate, 1087 kg to 1103 kg of coarse aggregate, 6.5 kg to 6.8 kg of a water reducing agent and 147 kg to 154 kg of water; wherein the water-binder ratio of the low-grout concrete is 0.34. The problem that the turnover rate of the formwork is low when a prestressed tank girder in a girder yard is poured through traditional concrete is solved.
本发明提供了一种低浆混凝土，包括：每立方低浆混凝土包括321kg～336kg的水泥、60.8kg～63.6kg的粉煤灰、52.1kg～54.5kg的矿渣粉、725kg～735kg的细集料、1087kg～1103kg的粗集料、6.5kg～6.8kg的减水剂和147kg～154kg的水，所述低浆混凝土的水胶比为0.34。本发明解决了采用传统的混凝土浇制梁场中预应力箱梁时，模板周转率低的问题。
