The compression-resistant and breakage-proof gypsum product comprises the followingraw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of a rubber elastomer, 10-14 parts of ore tailings, 40-45 parts of quick lime, 2.5-3.5 parts of iron oxide powder, 3.5-4.5 parts of fly ash, 12-15 parts ofaluminum silicate fiber, 9-11 parts of siliceous filler, 3-5 parts of slag, 5-7 parts of a calcium oxide expanding agent and 90-100 parts of water. Materials are put into a stirring chamber; a first heating pipe is turned on, a motor is started to drive a first stirring shaft to rotate, the first stirring shaft rotates to drive a second stirring shaft to rotate, and the second stirring shaft rotates to drive a first stirring blades to rotate to stir materials, so that the contact area between the materials and hot air is increased, the stirring efficiency is improved, and material drying is accelerated.
