Method for preparing sintered self-insulation brick from sludge
The invention discloses a method for preparing a sintered self-insulation brick from sludge in the technical field of insulation brick production. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixingsilicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide, heating, adding into sludge, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed sludge; (2) naturally dehydrating the mixed sludge,drying, grinding and sieving to obtain mixed sludge powder; (3) mixing the mixed sludge powder, hollow glass beads, fly ash floating beads, polyvinyl alcohol, diatomite and glass powder, pre-homogenizing, aging, adding water, a foaming agent, a fluxing agent and a foam stabilizer, and drying to obtain a blank; and (4) pressing the blank into a brick blank by a hydraulic molding machine. The process for preparing the sintered self-insulation brick from sludge is simple, and the prepared self-insulation brick is compact in structure and large in porosity, has uniformly and densely distributed pores, has an excellent thermal insulation performance and compression resistance, and can bring good economic benefits.
本发明公开了保温砖生产技术领域的一种利用污泥制备烧结自保温砖的方法，包括以下步骤：(1)将二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、氧化钙和氧化镁混合加热，并加入至污泥中，均匀混合得到混合污泥；(2)将混合污泥自然脱水，烘干后粉磨、过筛，得到混合污泥粉末；(3)将混合污泥粉末、中空心玻璃微珠、粉煤灰漂珠、聚乙烯醇、硅藻土、玻璃粉混合，预均化、陈化，再加入水、发泡剂、助熔剂和稳泡剂，经干化得到坯料；(4)采用液压成型机将坯料制成砖坯，本发明利用污泥制备烧结自保温砖的工艺简单，制得的自保温砖结构致密、孔隙率较大且均匀密布，并且具有优异的保温性能和抗压性能，能够带来良好的经济效益。
