According to the water reducer, ammonia gas can bereleased by utilizing an alkaline environment of cement hydration; the water reducer has air entraining and water reducing effects and is good in water reducing effect, when the mixing amount of the water reducer is 0.1%-0.3%, the water reducing rate is 20%-40%, the air content is increased by 1%-4%, the flowability of concrete can be remarkably improved, the segregation resistance and bleeding resistance of the concrete can be improved, and the workability of the concrete can be improved.
