By means of the improvedbeam seamless telescopic device, the gap between the beam end and the back wall can be effectively adjusted, the telescopic deformation amount of the main beam is guaranteed, rigidity connection transition of the main beam and the back wall is facilitated, and the impact effect of bridge deck vehicle running on the main beam is reduced. The device does not need to be provided with a joint crossingsteel plate, and the phenomena of cracking damage and collapse of the expansion joint can be effectively avoided.
本发明提供一种梁端填充式桥梁无缝伸缩装置,包括铺设在桥台顶面、位于主梁与背墙间空隙底部的弹性材料层垫层(3)、沿背墙墙面设置的弹性填充层(4)和沿梁端端面设置的水泥基灌浆料层(1),所述弹性填充层(4)与水泥基灌浆料层(1)贴合在一起,所述弹性填充层(4)的厚度为8mm。本发明通过改进的梁无缝伸缩装置,能够有效调整梁端与背墙间隙,保证主梁的伸缩变形量,有利于主梁与背墙的刚度衔接过渡,降低桥面车辆行驶对主梁的冲击效应。本发明的装置无需设置跨缝钢板,能有效避免伸缩缝开裂破损和塌陷现象的出现。
