The invention discloses an existing railway pier self-climbing operation platform without a support or suspension. The existing railway pier self-climbing operation platform is mainly composed of an upper climbing frame, a lower climbing frame, a climbing oil cylinder, an operation platform, a power device and a control device. According to an existing railway pier self-climbing operation platform, a pier roughening device and a pier drilling device can be installed on the operation platform and used for roughening and drilling a pier, and pier maintenance work such as steel bar planting, cleaning, roughening, drilling and the like can be performed on the pier through carrying workers and small equipment. A working principle of the existing railway pier self-climbing operation platform ischaracterized in that an upper climbing frame and a lower climbing frame are two same ''square'' steel supports; each ''square'' steel support is composed of four identical ''linear'' telescopic supports; and the four ''linear'' telescopic steel supports are connected end to end through cylindrical pins. Compared with a traditional construction mode of erecting a scaffold or arranging a hanging basket, by using the platform of the invention, advantages that lifting efficiency is high, a bearing capacity is high and the operation platform is stable are possessed.
