The invention discloses an integrated stainless steel lifting road pile set convenient to maintain and replace and a construction process thereof. The road pile set comprises a road pile placing groove, a plurality of road pile fixing grooves formed in the road pile placing groove at equal intervals, lifting road piles correspondingly arranged in the road pile fixing grooves respectively, and a groove cover arranged above the road pile placing groove. Pile outlet holes of which the number is consistent with that of the lifting road piles are formed in the groove cover; each lifting road pile is composed of a base and an outer pile which is arranged in the base and can ascend and descend in the depth direction of the base. A top surface of the base and the top surface of the road pile placing groove are located on the same horizontal plane, and the top surface of the groove cover and the road surface are located on the same horizontal plane. When the outer pile is driven to ascend, theouter pile stretches out along the interior of the base and stretches out to the position above the road surface through the pile outlet holes.
