The oil pump and the fan are installed above the oiltank, an oil outlet of the oil pump and an air outlet of the fan are communicated with the lower end of the combustion chamber, an oil outlet of the oil pump is connected with a nozzle through an oilpipe, an opening is formed in the upper end of the snow-melting hopper, and the combustion chamber is arranged at the lower end of the snow-melting hopper. The fuel oil is pressurized by the oil pump,fuel oil is atomized and oil mist enters the combustion chamber through the nozzle; meanwhile, sufficient air is provided through the fan, the air and the oil mist are fully mixed, heat is provided through sufficient combustion in the combustion chamber, accumulated snow is placed into the snow-melting hopper, the accumulated snow is melted through the heat provided by the combustion chamber, snow water is discharged, the combustion efficiency is improved, the heat utilization rate is increased, and the snow melting effect is improved.
