The method comprises the following steps: S1, dividing a river channel into a deep water channel, a middle water channel and a shallow water channel; S2, constructing a regulating structure in the river channel; S3, arranging a first marker between the shallow water channel and the middle water channel, wherein the first marker is used for displaying whether the shallow water channel can pass or not; and S4, arranging a second marker between the middle water channel and the deep water channel, wherein the second marker is used for displaying whether the middle water channel can pass or not. The river shoal channel regulation method has the advantages that the first marker and the second marker are arranged, so that a ship is reminded to sail in a proper channel, and stranding and other situations of the ship are reduced.
