The invention discloses a pile pouring structure, a pile structure and a pile head demolition method. The pile pouring structure comprises a steel bar cage, a limiting ring installed on the outer sideof the steel bar cage, a plurality of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes arranged in the steel bar cage and a truncated layer arranged on the limiting ring. The truncated layer is annular. The pile pouring structure has the beneficial effects that pile body strength information is input through scanning of a two-dimensional code, and informatization management is achieved in the pile construction process; improvement of working efficiency is benefited; the truncated layer can be utilized to serve as the separation interface between the pile body and the pile head, and thus a position which need to be demolished is rapidly located; through demolition of the pile head in the upper portion of the truncated layer, and the lower-portion structure can be protected by the truncated layer; and damagecaused to the portion below the truncated layer is decreased in the demolition process.
本发明公开了一种桩浇筑结构及桩结构及桩头破除方法,包括钢筋笼、安装在钢筋笼外侧的限位圈、若干个设置在钢筋笼内的PVC管、设置在限位圈上的截断层,所述的截断层为环形。本发明的有益效果是:本方案通过扫描二维码录入桩身强度信息,对桩施工过程实现信息化管理,有利于提高工作效率,利用截断层能够作为桩身与桩头之间的分界面,从而快速定位需要破除的部位,通过对截断层上部的桩头进行破除,截断层能够保护下部结构,在破除过程中减小截断层以下部分受到的损伤。
