The invention relates to a subway pile foundation construction pre-grouting protection method, which comprises the following steps that a, a leakage-proof curtain is constructed at the position of a karst development zone within the range of a pile foundation construction area, connection between the karst development zone and the outside is cut off, a sleeve valve pipe grouting method is adoptedfor treatment, and cement paste and water glass paste are adopted for double-liquid grouting; b, the interior of the leakage-proof curtain is treated through the sleeve valve pipe grouting method, andcement paste single-liquid grouting is adopted; and c, pile foundations are constructed in the leakage-proof curtain. The invention further relates to application of the subway pile foundation construction pre-grouting protection method. The subway pile foundation construction pre-grouting protection method is applied to a pile foundation construction area within the range of 20 m close to the outer side line of a subway structure and located in the karst development zone. The method needs a small working space, is suitable for places with dense people and large traffic flow such as downtownareas, small in influence on urban traffic, stable, reliable and high in safety, plays a certain role in isolating water to protect the structural stability of buildings and structures, and belongs tothe technical field of building construction.
