The invention discloses a discharge gate with adjustable sealing structures and adjustable mounting seats. The discharge gate comprises a door plate, sealing assemblies and the mounting seats, whereinthe door plate is provided with a rotating shaft; the sealing assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the door plate; and the mounting seats are arranged on the side wall of a weir opening and are connected with the rotating shaft. Each sealing assembly comprises a sealing strip, a pressing plate and first connecting bolts, mounting portions are arranged on the two sides of the door plate, first waist holes are formed in each mounting portion, and the first connecting bolts penetrate through the pressing plates and the sealing strips to cooperate with the first waist holes to achieve adjustable connection of the sealing strips. Each mounting seat comprises a supporting seat, a mounting base plate, a first adjusting piece and a connecting piece, wherein the supporting seats are connected with the rotating shaft; each mounting base plate is located between each supporting seat and the side wall of the weir opening; each first adjusting piece adjusts the relative position of each supporting seat and each mounting base plate; and each connecting piece is used for mounting each supporting seat and each mounting base plate on the side wall of the weir opening. The sealing structureson the two sides of the discharge gate and the mounting seats at the two ends of the rotating shaft can be adaptively adjusted to adapt to the construction tolerance existing in the side wall of theweir opening, so that the gate is stable in installation, good in sealing and high in adaptability.
