The invention provides a sealing structure, a weir frame assembly adopting the sealing structure, and a hydraulic lifting weir gate. The sealing structure is arranged on the weir frame assembly, and includes a sealing strip and a limiting pressure bar; the sealing strip is integrally formed, provided with a sealing part and fixedly installed on the weir frame assembly through a limiting pressure bar; and the sealing strip is in sealing fit with a weir plate of the hydraulic lifting weir gate. The weir frame assembly includes a first weir frame and a second weir frame which are connected, the first weir frame is fixedly connected to a civil foundation, the sealing structure is fixedly installed on the surface, facing the weir plate, of the second weir frame, and the distance between the second weir frame and the first weir frame is adjustable. The hydraulic lifting weir gate is provided with the weir frame assemblies which are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the weir plate. Through the integrally formed sealing strip, water leakage at the right corners of the weir plate is avoided; and by adjusting the distance between the second weir frame and the first weir frame, the adhesion degree between the sealing strip and the weir plate can be adjusted, thus, the sealing effect is improved, and the sealing performance of the weir gate is improved.
