The water blocking tank is fixedly connectedwith a water filtering cover; a filtering device is arranged in the water filtering cover; the upper part of the front side of the water filtering cover is fixedly connected with a first soil discharging pipe; the front side and the rear side of the water filtering cover are fixedly connected with a first driving outer cover and a second driving outer cover correspondingly. A jacking mechanism isarranged in the first driving outer cover. Through the arrangement of the filtering device, water mixed with soil can be filtered; by arranging the jacking mechanism, the filtered soil can be jackedand pushed into the first soil discharging pipe and output through a conveying mechanism, water and soil separation is achieved, the water and soil separation effect is obvious, the separated soil canbe conveyed away in time, and real-time operation of soil filtering and water discharging can be guaranteed.
