A body is included, a cutting part for cutting a blocked part is arranged on the body, anda moving part for walking and positioning is also arranged on the body; the cutting part and the moving part are electrically connected with a control panel arranged in the body, and the control panel is electrically connected with a storage battery arranged at the left end of the body; and the cutting part comprises a sliding cavity arranged at the right end of the body, the cross section of thesliding cavity is oval, and a piston block is in sliding fit in the sliding cavity. 本发明公开了一种市政道路下水道智能除污疏通装置及方法，包括本体，所述本体上设有用于对堵塞部位进行切割处理的切割部件，所述本体上还设有用于行走定位的移动部件；所述切割部件和移动部件电性连接设置在本体内部的控制面板，所述控制面板电性连接设置在本体左端的蓄电池；所述切割部件包括开设在本体右端的滑动腔，滑动腔的截面为椭圆形，所述滑动腔中滑动配合有一个活塞块，本发明针对现有装置的弊端进行设计，利用高压水流冲击和刀片粉碎来对堵塞物进行快速清理，同时利用调节件对切割范围进行调节，提高了清理范围，另外通过长度伸缩的伸长抵压，从而完成对本体位置的锁紧操作，实用性强。
