A plurality of through grooves are formed in the porous wood plates. Asbestos soft plates are fixedly connected into the through grooves. Vibrating parts are movably arranged between the asbestos soft plates and the second polyester fiber plate. Damping rings are movably connected to the vibrating parts. Fixing springs are fixedlyconnected between the adjacent damping rings. When the soundproof partition wall is used, noise can be absorbed and weakened through multiple times of reflections, the noise of the multiple soundproof spaces influences and interferes mutually to reduce the resonance probability, meanwhile, the structure is firm, and few materials are used.
