The system comprises a central processing unit, a man-machine interactive terminal, a vehicle detection device and a parking robot controller. The central processing unit comprises a function distribution unit, an image processing unit, an information processing unit and a parking place obtaining unit. The tandem type parking hall of the semi-closed structure comprises two or more single parking halls which connect vehicles parked thereon end to end. The vehicle storage function and the vehicle withdrawal function of each single parking hall can be dynamically distributed according to the actual vehicle storage and withdrawal conditions. Resource waste and invalid user queueing are avoided. Vehicles can enter or exit out of the parking hall without turning a corner, and the occupied space is small. The operationsof reverse parking and reverse turning withdrawal which are hard to control are not needed, and vehicles can be conveniently stored and withdrawn.
