The invention relates to a lifting regulating device. The lifting regulating device comprises a mounting base plate and a slide plate which can be arranged on the mounting base plate movably, whereina rotary shaft and a roller which is rotatably mounted on the rotary shaft are arranged on the slide plate; a guide slot for guiding a rope body is arranged on the roller; and the mounting base plateis equipped with a regulating mechanism for driving the slide plate to perform up-down position regulation. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the roller can be movably arranged on the mounting base plate for guiding the rope body to slide; meanwhile, the roller can be regulated up and down through the regulating mechanism, and the position of the roller can be directly regulated on the mounting base plate, so that the advantage of convenient operation is achieved. The invention further discloses a door window adopting the lifting regulating device.
本发明涉及一种升降调节装置，包括安装基板和可移动地设置在安装基板上的滑板，滑板上设有转轴和可转动地安装在转轴上的滚轮，滚轮上设有用于引导绳体的引导槽，在安装基板设有用于带动滑板进行上下位置调节的调节机构。采用本发明的技术方案后，滚轮可移动地设置在安装基板上，滚轮用于引导绳体的滑动，同时滚轮通过调节机构能够进行上下调整，可以直接在安装基板上调整滚轮的位置，具有操作方便的优点。本发明还提出了采用升降调节装置的门窗。

The invention relates to a lifting regulating device. The lifting regulating device comprises a mounting base plate and a slide plate which can be arranged on the mounting base plate movably, whereina rotary shaft and a roller which is rotatably mounted on the rotary shaft are arranged on the slide plate; a guide slot for guiding a rope body is arranged on the roller; and the mounting base plateis equipped with a regulating mechanism for driving the slide plate to perform up-down position regulation.
