The invention belongs to the technical field of buffer valves, in particular to a pneumatic passenger door pump safety buffer valve. The buffer valve comprises a valve body, wherein an installation hole is formed in the upper left side of the valve body, a throttle valve seat is installed in the installation hole, a throttle valve core is installed in the middle of the throttle valve seat, a locking nut is screwed on the left side of the outer wall of the throttle valve core, a one-way valve is installed on the right side of the throttle valve seat, and comprises a one-way valve spring and a one-way valve core, the right end of the throttle valve seat is fixedly connected with the one-way valve spring, the one-way valve core is fixedly connected to the right end of the one-way valve spring, and a first threaded hole is formed in the left side of the valve body, and is located on the lower side of the throttle valve seat. When compressed air is absent in a cylinder, the air pressure ofa communicating cavity in the buffer valve is zero and the one-way valve is closed; and during ventilation, the compressed air is slowly supplied to the cylinder through a throttle valve in the buffervalve, so that a piston of the cylinder moves slowly to avoid impact.
