The invention provides a preparation method of nano graphene oxide for asphalt modification, belongs to the technical field of an asphalt material, and solves the problems that currently prepared nanographene oxide produces marginal defects, agglomerates automatically and is difficult to be uniformly dispersed in asphalt and an asphalt modification effect is poorer and the like. According to thepreparation method, graphite is preliminarily oxidized firstly, graphite oxide is stripped to form the nano graphene oxide, then the nano graphene oxide is subjected to intercalation processing by a cationic surfactant CTAB, the interlamellar spacing change condition of the nano graphene oxide in the CTAB intercalation stage is analyzed, the optimum added quantity of the CTAB is determined, finally, dispersity of the nano graphene oxide in the asphalt is analyzed, the reasonable added quantity of the nano graphene oxide is determined, and the asphalt modification effect is improved. The prepared nano graphene oxide can be applied to asphalt modification and can be uniformly dispersed in the asphalt to improve mechanical properties, aging resistance and durability of the asphalt, thereby having great practical significance in prolonging of the service life of an asphalt pavement.
本发明提供一种用于沥青改性的纳米氧化石墨烯制备方法,属于沥青材料技术领域,解决目前制备的纳米氧化石墨烯产生边缘型缺陷、自发团聚、难以均匀分散在沥青中、沥青改性效果较差等问题。本发明首先将石墨初步氧化,再将氧化石墨剥离成纳米氧化石墨烯,然后通过阳离子表面活性剂CTAB对纳米氧化石墨烯进行插层处理,并分析在CTAB插层阶段纳米氧化石墨烯层间距的变化情况,确定CTAB的最佳掺量,最后分析纳米氧化石墨烯在沥青中的分散性,确定纳米氧化石墨烯的合理掺量,提高沥青改性效果。本发明制备的纳米氧化石墨烯可用于沥青改性,并且能够均匀分散在沥青中,提高沥青的力学性能、抗老化性能和耐久性,对提高沥青路面使用寿命具有重要的现实意义。
