The invention discloses a powdered lime calcination reforming system based on a novel dry-process cement clinker sintering system. The powdered lime calcination reforming system comprises a preheaterdecomposing furnace in the novel dry-process cement clinker sintering system, a secondary suspension calcining system and a suspension cooling system, wherein the preheater decomposing furnace is usedas a primary suspension calcining system; the secondary suspension calcining system comprises a suspension calcining furnace and a cyclone separator; the suspension cooling system comprises multiplestages of suspension coolers connected in series, and the multiple stages of suspension coolers connected in series comprise multiple stages of suspension cooler cyclone cylinders connected in series.According to the invention, the clinker sintering system is transformed into the system for calcining powdered lime powder products by utilizing a part of the existing equipment and facilities of a novel dry-process cement production line; the formed system is advanced in technology, friendly to environment, reduced in energy consumption, high in automation degree and capable of realizing intelligent operation; and meanwhile, idle equipment can be effectively utilized, a new product field is opened up, and enterprise benefits are increased.
