Novel fireproof anti-cracking thermal-insulation synthetic material
The invention aims to provide a novel fireproof anti-crack thermal-insulation material which is applicable to thermal insulation of the inner and outer surfaces of a new building or a built wall body,can be used for thermal insulation of a roof and can be matched with a thermal insulation plate for realizing thermal insulation. The invention also discloses the respective names of eight used materials, a synthesis proportioning method of the eight used materials and a using method of the novel material. According to the invention, cement is used as an adhesive, the optimal preparation ratio ofthe cement to mica to expanded vermiculite to sepiolite to perlite to talcum powder to refractory cellulose to gypsum is 15: 15: 15: 15: 10: 10: 0.3: 20; except the cement, the other seven componentsare mixed and processed into powder and bagged; and when the material is to be used, the cement is added, a proper amount of water is added, and stirring is conducted to form slurry. The material ofthe invention has the beneficial effects of fire resistance, crack resistance, convenience in construction and low cost.
本发明是要提供一种能适用于新建筑的或已建成的墙体内外面的保温、能对房顶的保温及配合保温板进行保温的新型防火抗裂保温材料,所用的八种材料的各自名称和其合成配比方法及其使用方法。以水泥为粘合剂,云母、膨胀蛭石、海泡石、珍珠岩、滑石粉、耐火纤维素、石膏的最佳配备比例为:15∶15∶15∶15∶10∶10∶0.3∶20,除水泥外其余七种混合加工成粉面状,装袋。使用时再加入水泥适当加水搅拌成泥桨状便可。有益效果,防火抗裂、施工便捷、造价低。
