The invention discloses a preparation method of a ZrO2 ceramic dental crown and a tooth filler (hereinafter referred to as a dental crown). The preparation method comprises the steps: a mold capable of simultaneously pressing a plurality of dental crowns is manufactured by a method of single-body intracavity scanning, multi-body printing data integration and FDM, a plurality of dental crown blankswith different shapes are formed at a time through a CIP method, and then the ZrO2 ceramic dental crown can be obtained through sintering. The problems that as for a traditional method, low-temperature sintering needs to be conducted to manufacture a blank firstly, and then a large amount of machining is conducted are solved, material waste is reduced, machining is omitted, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种ZrO2陶瓷牙冠及牙齿填充物(以下统称为牙冠)的制备方法,包括:通过单体腔内扫描,多体打印数据集成,熔融沉积成型(FDM)的方法制造可以同时压制多个牙冠的模具,在通过冷等静压(CIP)的方法一次成形多个不同形状的牙冠生胚,然后经过烧结即可得到ZrO2陶瓷牙冠。解决了传统方法需要先要低温烧结制造毛坯、再进行大量机加工的问题,减少了材料浪费,省去了机加工,大大降低了生产成本。
