On one hand, the invention provides the alkali-free water reducing agent. The alkali-free water reducing agent is prepared from at least the following components: a polyether macromonomer, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, a silane compound, an oxidant chain transfer agent, a reducing agent, a small monomer and a regulator. The specific silane compound is added in the preparation process, barium hydroxide is adopted for a neutralization reaction, andthe prepared water reducing agent does not contain alkali harmful to an alkali aggregate reaction, has a good inhibition effect on the alkali aggregate reaction, and is high in water reducing rate.
