The invention provides a preparation method and application of a waterproof board modified by waveform unplasticized polyvinyl chloride. The waterproof board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of PVC, 8-13 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 20-30 parts of calcium carbonate, 3-5 parts of a stabilizer and 1-2 parts of processing agents. According to the product performance of the waterproof board, the longitudinal tension should not be smaller than 800 N; the flexibility is 10 DEG C, the plate is bent around the radius of 35 mm, and the surface is free of cracks; the heat resistance is 100 DEG C, and no flow exists in 2 hours; the bearing capacity is 700/m<2> load, and the deflection should not exceed 3.1 mm; and the combustion performance is not lower than B1 grade.
本发明提供一种波形未增塑聚氯乙烯改性的防水板的制备方法及应用，包括制备中原材料配比：PVC60～70份，氯化聚乙烯8～13份，碳酸钙20～30份，稳定剂3～5份；加工助剂1‑2份，该防水板的产品性能：纵向拉力不应小于800N。柔度：10℃，绕半径35mm弯板，表面无裂纹。耐热性：100℃，2h，无流淌。承载性：700/m2载荷，挠度不应超过3.1mm。燃烧性能：不应低于B1级。
