The invention discloses a swivel bridge closure device and a swivel bridge closure construction method. A swivel bridge comprises two box girders, the two box girders are arranged at an interval to form a closure section with a gap, the swivel bridge closure device comprises two first steel shells and a second steel shell, the two first steel shells and the two box girders are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the shape of each first steel shell is matched with the shape of the outer surface of the corresponding box girder, each first steel shell comprises an embedded part and a mounting part, a plurality of first reinforcing plates are arranged in each embedded part, the plurality of first reinforcing plates are embedded into the box girders; and the second steel shell is arranged in the first steel shells, a plurality of second reinforcing plates are detachably installed inside the second steel shell, and the two ends of the second steel shell are installed on the mounting parts of the two first steel shells correspondingly so as to compensate for the gap. The swivel bridge closure construction method is used for the swivel bridge closure device. According to the swivel bridge closure device and the swivel bridge closure construction method, a hanging basket and a hanging bracket do not need to be arranged, so that the occupied time of an existing line skylight isshortened, potential safety hazards are greatly reduced; and an insulation protection mechanism does not need to be arranged, so that the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种转体桥合龙装置及施工方法,转体桥包括两个箱梁,两个箱梁间隔设置形成具有间隙的合龙段,转体桥合龙装置包括两个第一钢壳以及第二钢壳,两个第一钢壳与两个箱梁一一对应设置;各第一钢壳的形状和与其对应的箱梁外表面形状相匹配,第一钢壳包括预埋部和安装部,预埋部内设置有多块第一加强板,多块第一加强板预埋至箱梁内;第二钢壳设置于第一钢壳内,第二钢壳内部可拆卸安装有多块第二加强板,第二钢壳的两端分别安装在两个第一钢壳的安装部上,以补偿间隙。该转体桥合龙施工方法用于转体桥合龙装置。本发明无需设置挂篮和吊架,减小了既有线“天窗”占用时间,极大降低了安全隐患,且无需设置绝缘保护机构,降低了施工成本。
