Construction method for long-distance conveying of immersed tube by adopting process of loading immersed tube on barge
The invention discloses a construction method for long-distance conveying of an immersed tube by adopting a process of loading an immersed tube on a barge. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) prefabricating and fitting out the immersed tube; (2) loading the immersed tube on the barge, namely performing bottom-sitting prepressing on a semi-submersible barge, forming lap jointbetween the semi-submersible barge and a wharf, conveying the immersed tube from a prefabricated site to the barge by using a hydraulic conveying trolley, floating the semi-submersible barge after the immersed tube is in place, leveling the immersed tube by using the hydraulic conveying trolley through hydraulic adjustment, performing support system conversion on the immersed tube on the semi-submersible barge, unloading the hydraulic conveying trolley from the barge, and connecting the semi-submersible barge to a tug; (3) after the tug drags the semi-submersible barge to a submerged pit, mooring the semi-submersible barge on a pre-selected and mounted anchor block; (4) unloading the immersed tube from the barge after the immersed tube is submerged under water and subjected to a water tightness test; and (5) transporting the immersed tube to a sinking area in a floating manner. According to the construction method, the technical problem of long-distance conveying of the immersed tubeis solved, the prefabricated site can be not limited by distance, site selection is facilitated, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种采用上驳工艺长距离运送沉管的施工方法,其采用了以下步骤:(1)沉管预制并舾装;(2)沉管上驳,包括半潜驳坐底预压、半潜驳与码头形成搭接、液压移运台车将沉管从预制场移运上驳、沉管到位后半潜驳起浮并由液压移运台车通过液压调节对沉管找平、沉管在半潜驳上进行支撑体系转换、液压移运台车下驳,半潜驳接拖船;(3)拖船拖运半潜驳至下潜坑后,半潜驳系泊在预选安装好的锚块上;(4)沉管压水下潜进行水密性试验后下驳;(5)浮运沉管至沉放区。本发明由于解决了长距离运送沉管的技术难题,预制场能不受距离约束,选址上更有利,也大大降低了施工成本。
