The invention discloses an anti-pollution construction method for an epidemic prevention emergency laboratory. The anti-pollution construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a laboratory foundation is laid, specifically, S101, a soil anti-seepage layer is laid on a concrete base layer; S102, an HDPE geomembrane and long fiber geotextile are sequentially laid on the soil anti-seepagelayer by adopting an empty laying method to serve as an anti-seepage membrane layer; and S103, a reinforced concrete ground layer is laid on the anti-seepage membrane layer; S2, a plurality of container laboratories are erected on the reinforced concrete ground layer; and S3, a plurality of experiment tables and hydroelectric facilities are installed in each container laboratory. According to theanti-pollution construction method, through three layers of isolation protection of the concrete base layer, the anti-seepage membrane layer and the reinforced concrete ground layer, an aboveground structure is physically isolated from underground water and soil, and the characteristics that construction is easy and convenient, and the anti-virus leakage performance is improved are achieved; a specially-made PVC trap is used, and the advantages of self-closing of a deodorization core and a deodorization sealing ring are achieved; and the experiment tables are all installed by adopting all-steel central experiment tables, and good acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and compressive property are achieved.
