The invention provides a mounting structure of concrete fabricated wall boards. The mounting structure comprises the wall boards, fabricated steel is installed at each of the two ends of each wall board, connecting grooves are formed in the fabricated steel, the two wall boards which are assembled and connected are connected through U-shaped steel and the two pieces of fabricated steel, and the U-shaped steel is connected with the two pieces of fabricated steel through two clamping mechanisms correspondingly; each clamping mechanism comprises a through groove penetrating through the side wallof the corresponding U-shaped steel; two wedge-shaped blocks are slidably connected into each through groove; two clamping grooves are formed in the inner wall of each connecting groove; and the two wedge-shaped blocks extend into the clamping grooves in the same side correspondingly. According to the mounting structure of the concrete fabricated wall boards, the structure is reasonable, direct assembly of the wall boards can be achieved, one-section installation is not needed, the assembled wall boards are not limited by space, the stability after installation is sufficient, the independent wall board can be disassembled conveniently, and operation is easy and convenient.
