The invention discloses a shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboard mounting method which comprises the following steps: step 1, manufacturing a shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboardas well as sleeving the shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboard with lifting slings; step 2, lifting the shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboard though a component as well as transferring the shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboard to the interior of a to-be-mounted floor; step 3, conveying the shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboard to a to-be-mounted position; step 4, carrying out adjustment through an electric hoist and a hydraulic trolley till the shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboard is mounted at a set position; and step 5, adjusting the vertical position of the shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboard as well as dismounting lifting equipment, so as to complete the mounting operation. According to the shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboard mounting method provided by the invention, the operating steps are simple and convenient, and the labor cost is relatively low; and the shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating wallboard mounting method further has the shock-absorbing, noise-reducing and energy-dissipating effects.
