The mounting structure comprises a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate, wherein a plurality of connecting assemblies for connecting the first mounting plate to the second mounting plate are arranged on the second mounting plate; each connecting assembly comprises a mounting slot formed in the second mounting plate, a fixed rod is fixedly connected in the mounting slot, a slide sleeve is connected on the fixed rod in a sliding mode, an elastic assembly is arranged on the slide sleeve in a sliding mode, and two fixed plates are fixedly connected on the second mounting plate. The mounting structure is reasonable in structure; multiple connecting assemblies are arranged, and multiple limiting plates rotateto the first mounting plate for being limited by a guide rod, so that a state that the multiple first mounting plates are supported by the multiple limiting plates is formed, and the first mounting plate can be stably fixed with the second mounting plate, and therefore, a condition that the mounting plate is unstable as the last mounting plate is lack of a mounting space is avoided.
