The invention discloses a thread transmission device and an unlockable window. The transmission device comprises a ball nut, the ball nut comprises a nut body and balls mounted on the nut body, the transmission device further comprises baffles, the nut body is further provided with ball grooves, and the balls are mounted in the ball grooves; the baffles are installed on the nut body, and the connection relation between the baffles and the nut body is a detachable connection relation; and the baffles are partially or completely located in the ball grooves and used for limiting the positions ofmotion dead points when the balls move in the radial direction of the nut body, the baffles are located on the outer sides of the balls in the radial direction of the nut body, and when the balls arerestrained by the baffles in position, the balls are located on stations capable of being matched with the corresponding threaded rods. The thread transmission device can be applied to the window capable of being unlocked, so that the window can be easily opened to serve as an escape way for a ventilation, trapped people and the like under the emergency conditions such as power failure and a firedisaster.
