Roadbed dynamic resilience modulus sensor and embedding and testing method thereof
The invention discloses a roadbed dynamic resilience modulus sensor and an embedding and testing method thereof. The roadbed dynamic resilience modulus sensor comprises gaskets, a base, a bottom plateand a piezoelectric ceramic piece connected with a shielding wire, and the base is a cylinder and comprises an outer ring and an inner ring; an outer ring circular hole is formed in the upper surfaceof the outer ring every 120 degrees; the upper surface of the inner ring is sunken downwards to form an inner ring groove, and an inner circular hole is formed in the middle of the inner ring; the lower surfaces of the outer ring and the inner ring directly face a certain outer ring circular hole and are sunken upwards to form a bottom groove; the two gaskets are placed in the inner ring groove,a gap between the two gaskets is right opposite to the bottom groove, and the piezoelectric ceramic piece is inserted into the gap between the two gaskets; the bottom plate is a thin perforated cylinder which is provided with a bottom plate circular hole and corresponds to the circular hole in the outer ring of the base; a threaded rod penetrates through the outer ring circular hole and the bottomplate circular hole, and the bottom plate is attached to the base. Compared with an existing roadbed rebound modulus testing system, the roadbed dynamic resilience modulus sensor has the following four advantages that (1) the roadbed dynamic rebound modulus is rapidly obtained; (2) nondestructive measurement is realized; (3) economy and simplicity are realized; (4) the device is easy to carry.
本发明公开了一种路基动态回弹模量传感器及其埋设与测试方法,所述传感器包括垫片、基座、底板和连接屏蔽线的压电陶瓷片,其中:所述基座为圆柱体,包括外环和内环;所述外环的上表面每120°开一个外环圆孔;所述内环的上表面向下凹陷形成内环凹槽,内环的中部开内圆孔;所述外环和内环的下表面正对某一外环圆孔向上凹陷形成底部凹槽;所述内环凹槽内放置两片垫片,两片垫片间的空隙正对底部凹槽,压电陶瓷片插在两片垫片间的空隙中;所述底板为对应基座外环圆孔开孔的带底板圆孔的薄带孔圆柱体;所述外环圆孔和底板圆孔供螺纹杆穿入,将底板贴合基座。相较于现有的路基回弹模量测试系统,具有以下四个优点:(1)快速获取路基动态回弹模量;(2)无损测量;(3)经济简单;(4)易于携带。
