The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an anti-skid sound-reducing composite floor, which belongs to the field of floor manufacturing and comprises the following steps of: 1, drawing a reinforcing material; 2, laminating; 3, preparing a wear-resistant layer on the top surface of the laminated product; 4, enabling a sound reduction layer to be cold-pasted on the bottom surface of the laminated product; 5, coating an anti-skid layer; 6, performing UV treatment on the surface of the wear-resistant layer; and 7, punching. The invention further discloses the anti-skid sound-reducing composite floor. The composite floor sequentially comprises a wear-resisting layer, a printing layer, a middle material layer, a reinforcing material layer, a bottom material layer, a sound-reducing layerand an anti-skidding material layer from top to bottom. The invention provides the anti-skid sound-reducing composite floor and the manufacturing method thereof. The anti-skid sound-reducing composite floor has the technical effects of being good in anti-skid effect, small in expansion, good in straightness, capable of reducing sound and noise and convenient to disassemble and assemble.
