Method for preparing foam concrete from sulfur-fixing ash
According to the invention, the sulfur-fixing slag is used for replacing sandstone to play a role of aggregate, the sulfur-fixing ash is used for replacing cement to play a role of a cementing material to prepare the foam concrete, natural mineral sandstone does not need to be used as aggregate, meanwhile, the dosage of cement is reduced, the preparation process is simple, and the solid waste utilization rate is as high as 50-90%; the performance of the product can be regulated and controlled by changing the mix proportion design and the maintenance system of the raw materials and adopting a self-prepared additive for modification. The dry volume weight grade of the product is A02-A12, the compressive strength is 0.44-18.63 MPa, the heat conductivity coefficient is 0.040-0.160 W/(m * k), and the performance of the product is superior to that of foam concrete marked by the industrial standard JGT266-2011. The foam concrete can be widely applied to the fields of road and bridge engineering, cast-in-place walls, roof insulation layers, slope making and leveling layers, cast-in-place floor heating insulation layers, cushion layers and the like, and can also be used for preparing high-performance foam concrete blocks, foam concrete composite walls and other products. Therefore, the method for preparing the high-performance foam concrete material at low cost is provided, and an effective way is provided for material-based high-added-value utilization of sulfur-fixing ash resources.
本发明以固硫渣代替砂石起骨料作用,以固硫灰代替水泥起胶凝材料作用制备泡沫混凝土,无需使用天然矿物砂石作为骨料、同时降低了水泥的用量,制备工艺简单、固废利用率高达50%~90%;通过改变原料配合比设计、养护制度,采用自配外加剂改性能够对制品的性能进行调控。制品干容重等级A02~A12,抗压强度0.44~18.63MPa,导热系数0.040~0.160W/(m•k),性能优于行业标准JGT266‑2011所标示的泡沫混凝土性能。可广泛应用于路桥工程、现浇墙体、屋面保温层及找坡找平层、现浇地暖绝热层及垫层等领域,亦可制备高性能泡沫混凝土砌块、泡沫混凝土复合墙体等制品。由此,既提供了一种低成本制备高性能泡沫混凝土材料的方法,又为固硫灰渣资源的材料化高附加值利用探寻了一条有效的途径。
