The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a prefabricated inorganic artificial stone synthetic parquet with a negative ion function. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: selecting the following raw materials: a negative ion material, quartz sand or calcium carbonate sand, silica fume, latex powder, a water reducing agent, water and an iron oxide pigment; cutting the negative ion material into a preset shape, and putting the negative ion material into a mold according to design requirements; adding cement, quartz sand or calcium carbonate sand, silica fume and latexpowder into a high-speed dispersion machine, premixing, pouring into a stirrer, adding a water reducing agent and tap water, stirring, adding an iron oxide pigment, and uniformly stirring to obtain amixture for later use; feeding the uniformly stirred mixture into a mold in which a negative ion material is placed by using a material distribution device; and after vibration is completed, taking the mixture out and feeding into a constant-temperature curing chamber, demolding after constant-temperature curing, naturally curing the material, then grinding and polishing the material, cutting the material into required specifications according to requirements, and obtaining the prefabricated inorganic artificial stone synthetic parquet finished product with the negative ion function. The method is simple in preparation, inorganic artificial stone parquet is formed at a time, later processing is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
一种具有负离子功能预制无机人造石合成拼花的制造方法,包括以下步骤:选择原材料:负离子材料,石英砂或碳酸钙砂,硅灰,乳胶粉,减水剂,水,氧化铁颜料;将负离子材料切割为预设的形状,按设计要求摆入模具中;将水泥、石英砂或碳酸钙砂、硅灰、乳胶粉加入高速分散机中进行预混,然后倒入搅拌机,加入减水剂和自来水,进行搅拌,然后再加入氧化铁颜料,搅拌均匀后得到混合料备用;利用布料装置将搅拌均匀的混合料下入已摆好负离子材料的模具内,完成后送入真空振动压机,振动完成取出送入恒温养护室,恒温养护后脱模,再自然养护,其后进行打磨抛光,根据要求切割为需要规格,即得到具有负离子功能预制无机人造石合成拼花成品。本发明制备简单,一次成型无机人造石拼花,减少后期加工,提升生产效率。
