The raw material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 150-250 parts of cement, 1000-1360 parts of high-titanium heavy slag fine stone, 400-840 parts of titanium extraction tailings and 80-150 parts of water. According to the invention, two industrial solid wastes, namely the high-titanium heavy slag and the titanium extraction tailings, are prepared into the baking-free solid brick, and the density grade, the strength grade, the softening coefficient, the maximum water absorption rate andother performance indexes of the obtained baking-free solid brick meet the specification requirements.
