Ceramic-based composite coating material for Isa furnace smelting long-life spray gun and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a ceramic-based composite coating material for an Isa furnace smelting long-life spray gun. The composite coating material is prepared from a ceramic matrix and a fiber toughening material through hot pressed sintering, the preparation method comprises the following steps of: molding the tough material, filling the two materials into a mold, and performing hot-pressing andsintering, namely weaving the fiber toughening body into a required gun body shape, putting the fiber toughening body and the ceramic matrix powder into the mold in which the fiber toughening body ispreset, and performing hot-pressing and sintering to prepare a finished product. The ceramic-based composite coating material formed in a manner of compounding a fiber toughening material outside a ceramic matrix material has the advantages of high strength, high hardness, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and low density. Particularly, the ceramic-based composite coating materialis prepared by adopting a composite structure of various fiber tough materials and utilizing a hot-pressing sintering means, and can be used in a high-temperature or harsh environment. Under the condition of heat flux density of 6500 KW.m<-2>, the linear ablation rate is only 0.01 mm.s <-1>; the service life is long at 1800 DEG C. The product can be widely applied to smelting of minerals such as copper, lead, germanium and tin ore.
本发明公开了一种艾萨炉长寿命喷枪用陶瓷基复合涂层材料,所述复合材料涂层由陶瓷基体与纤维增韧材料经热压烧结制备而成;其制备方法,包括韧材成型、双材装模和热压烧结步骤,即选择纤维增韧体编织成需要的枪体形状,并将其与陶瓷基体粉末一并放入已经预置纤维增韧体的模具中,热压烧结制备成品。本发明采用陶瓷基体材料外复合纤维增韧材料之方式形成艾萨炉长寿命喷枪用陶瓷基复合涂层材料,具有高强度、高硬度、抗腐蚀、耐高温和低密度。尤其采用多种纤维韧材之复合结构,并利用热压烧结手段制备出艾萨炉长寿命喷枪用陶瓷基复合涂层材料枪体,可用于高温或更苛刻环境中。在6500KW·m‑2的热流密度条件下其线烧蚀率仅为0.01mm·s‑1;1800℃下长寿命使用。可广泛应用于冶炼铜、铅、锗、锡矿等矿产的冶炼。
