Preparation method of continuous cast-rolled aluminum alloy material
The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy material preparation, and discloses a preparation method of a continuous cast-rolled aluminum alloy material. The method comprises the following steps of (1) proportioning raw materials of the aluminum alloy material; (2) smelting the raw material at 715-735 DEG C for 1-3 hours, and then refining, slagging off, degassing on line and filtering; (3) carrying out continuous cast rolling on the aluminum alloy melt at the cast rolling rate of 600-800 mm/min at the temperature of 660-680 DEG C, thereby obtaining a cast-rolled coil with the thickness of 5-7 mm; (4) cooling the cast-rolled coil to 35-55 DEG C for cold rolling; (5) carrying out intermediate cooling on the cold-rolled aluminum coil at the temperature of 220-250 DEG C after being trimmed, and heat preservation is conducted for 5-10 h; and (6) cold-rolling the aluminum coil into an aluminum material with the thickness of 0.1-0.15 mm, and straightening, correcting and cutting the aluminum material into a finished product. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the components and the content of the raw material of the aluminum alloy material are optimized, and an intermediate annealing mode is adopted, so that the aluminum alloy material finished product has excellent tensile strength.
本发明涉及铝合金材制备技术领域,公开了一种连续铸轧铝合金材的制备方法。该方法包括:(1)将铝合金材的原料进行配比;(2)将原料在715‑735℃熔炼1‑3小时,接着进行精炼、扒渣、在线除气和过滤;(3)将铝合金熔体以600‑800mm/min的铸轧速率在660‑680℃进行连续铸轧,得到厚度为5‑7mm的铸轧卷;(4)将铸轧卷冷却至35‑55℃进行冷轧;(5)将冷轧铝卷切边后在220‑250℃进行中间退火,保温5‑10小时;(6)将铝卷冷轧至厚度为0.1‑0.15mm的铝材,拉直矫正后切剪成成品。该方法通过优化铝合金材原料的成分和含量以及采用中间退火方式,使铝合金材成品具有优异的抗拉强度。
