The invention relates to a guide plate type basalt fiber stranding machine. The guide plate type basalt fiber stranding machine comprises at least one stranding mechanism. The stranding mechanism comprises a stranding mechanism frame. A first guide plate, a second guide plate and a third guide plate which are arranged up and down are arranged on the stranding mechanism frame. Two guide plates arerotating type guide plates capable of rotating relative to the stranding mechanism frame, and the other guide plate is a linear guide plate capable of linearly moving relative to the stranding mechanism frame. Each guide plate is driven by a corresponding guide plate driving mechanism, and is provided with a guide ring for passing of a corresponding basalt fiber bundle. During use, basalt fiber bundles which need to be plied pass through the guide rings of the corresponding guide plates, the guide plate driving mechanisms drive corresponding guide plates to move, so that the positions of the guide rings are changed. The spatial positions of the basalt fiber bundles change as the positions of the guide rings change, so that stranding of corresponding basalt fiber bundles is achieved.
本发明涉及一种导板式玄武岩纤维合股机,包括至少一个合股机构,合股机构包括合股机构架,合股机构架上布置有上下布置的第一导板、第二导板和第三导板,其中两个导板为能够相对所述合股机构架转动的转动型导板,另外一个导板为能够相对所述合股机构架直线移动的直线型导板,各导板分别由各自对应的导板驱动机构驱动,各导板上均设置有供相应玄武岩纤维束通过的导环。本发明在使用时,需要合股的玄武岩纤维束分别通过对应导板的导环中,通过导板驱动机构驱动带动对应导板的移动,从而实现改变导环的位置,导环位置的变化也会带着玄武岩纤维束的空间位置发生变化,从而实现对应玄武岩纤维束的合股。
