The invention discloses a construction process of an anti-skid pavement structure of a ceramic particle structure. The construction process is mainly divided into three different pavement structures,namely a high-toughness colored anti-skid pavement system of a steel bridge deck, a high-toughness colored anti-skid pavement system of an asphalt base surface and the high-toughness colored anti-skidpavement system of the asphalt base surface for targeted construction. According to the construction process of the antiskid pavement structure of the ceramic particle structure, different construction systems are arranged for different base pavement structures and specifically divided into steel bridge deck construction, new/old concrete base surface construction and asphalt base surface construction, targeted construction is achieved, and therefore the laid pavement structure is more durable; and meanwhile, high-toughness outdoor epoxy glue with different formulas is adopted to replace polyurethane and acrylic polymers so that skid resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, freeze thawing resistance and the like of the pavement structure are improved, advantages of simplicity and convenience in construction and quickness in traffic are achieved, and a better use effect is realized.
本发明公开的一种陶瓷颗粒构造的防滑路面结构的施工工艺,主要分为钢桥面的高韧性彩色防滑路面体系、沥青基面的高韧性彩色防滑路面体系以及沥青基面的高韧性彩色防滑路面体系三种不同路面结构进行针对性施工。本发明所述的一种陶瓷颗粒构造的防滑路面结构的施工工艺,通过针对不同基层路面结构设置不同的施工体系,具体划分为钢桥面施工、新/旧混凝土基面施工与沥青基面施工,有针对性的施工,从而使铺设的路面结构更加耐用;同时采用不同配方的高韧性户外环氧胶取代聚氨酯、丙烯酸聚合物,提高路面结构的防滑、耐磨、防老化、耐冲击、耐冻融等性能,同时具备施工简便、快速通车的有点,达到更好的使用效果。
