The invention provides a steel-concrete combined section for a hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge and the hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge. The steel-concrete combined section comprises a bottom plate extending section, a web plate extending section, a top plate extending section, a transition section steel stiffening rib and a bearing plate. The transition section steel stiffening rib is arranged onthe bottom plate extending section, a front end of the transition section steel stiffening rib is connected with a bottom plate longitudinal stiffening rib of a main span composite beam, and the rearend is connected with the bearing plate; a perforated steel web is arranged at the front end of the bearing plate; a PBL steel bar connecting piece is arranged in a connecting hole of the perforated steel web in a penetrating manner; concrete is poured on one side, close to a side span concrete beam, of the bearing plate; concrete is poured at the rear end of the bearing plate, the rear end is connected with the side span concrete beam, and the top of the front end is connected with a steel girder top plate; and a plurality of shear connectors are arranged on the steel surfaces, making contactwith concrete, of the bearing plate, the bottom plate extending section and the web plate extending section. By applying the combined section and the bridge, defects of a complex structure and difficulty in construction of the combined section of the hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge in the prior art can be overcome.
