Steel-concrete combined continuous beam middle fulcrum connecting structure
The invention discloses a steel-concrete combined continuous beam middle fulcrum connecting structure which comprises a plurality of steel main beams arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction. Ends of the steel main beams are connected through a concrete middle cross beam arranged in the transverse direction. Bridge deck slabs are arranged at the upper ends of the steel main beam and theconcrete middle cross beam. Compared with the prior art, by using the structure of the invention, there are the beneficial effects that during construction, the steel main beams are manufactured in awhole hole in a factory; concrete bridge deck slabs are poured, and a prefabricated steel-concrete composite beam is formed and transported to a construction site for whole hole erecting; all longitudinal splicing seams of the steel main beams and the bridge deck slabs are concentrated at a middle fulcrum; a temporary support does not need to be arranged between piers any more; and a requirement for centralized splicing of the steel main beams and the concrete bridge deck slabs at the middle fulcrum of the pier top can be met, arrangement of temporary supports can be reduced, labor cost and consumption of building materials are reduced, the concrete middle cross beam can replace a traditional pier bent cap, and therefore the building materials are further saved.
本发明公开了一种钢混组合连续梁中支点连接结构,包括若干个纵向平行设置的钢主梁,若干个钢主梁的端部通过横向设置的混凝土中横梁连接;钢主梁与混凝土中横梁的上端设置有桥面板,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:施工时将钢主梁在工厂整孔制造,并浇筑混凝土桥面板,形成预制的钢混组合梁,运输至施工现场进行整孔架设,将钢主梁以及桥面板的所有纵向拼接缝均集中在中支点处,就不再需要在墩与墩之间设置临时支架,因此能够满足钢主梁以及混凝土桥面板在墩顶中支点处的集中拼接要求,还能够减少临时支架的设置,减少人力成本及建筑材料的耗费,并且混凝土中横梁还可以取代传统的桥墩盖梁,从而近一步节省建筑材料。
