In the invention, the angle adjusting mechanism is arranged; under driving of an electric pushrod, the bottom of the barrier plate rotates through a rotating rod; angle adjustment is realized, a defect that manual moving and adjusting are needed in the past is overcome; and a labor force is saved, construction without roads is better adapted, a portable connecting structure is arranged, a left space and a right space are formed by a front batten, a rear batten and a connecting middle division plate, when an external barrier plate needs to be connected, the external barrier plate only needs to be embedded and installed from top to bottom and pulled out from the top during disassembly,disassembly and assembly are quite convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved.
